Took a longer than expected time but finally resolved
Was a bit disappointed with the response time from the jeweler you recommended; it took him over 2 months to make the bracelet and when I received it , on the very same day I got it , it broke . However, I was glad to hear from Briteco that I would be receiving the full value of the bracelet insured . It did take another week to get the check. I have to say that the customer service agents were accommodating and helped as much as they could to get everything moving .
