26 days and still havent recieved it.
Still havent recieved it.. on day 26th of placing the order. I added the custom name to the order, i kept getting emails with a tracking number. Eventually, i mailed them and they asked for the custom name on the chain. What is strange is if they had realised they dont have the name someone should have reached out asking for it again. Instead, i was getting false delivery information and tons of email ads. Delivery service and order processing are terrible. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN
