Outstanding customer service from EMEA office…
Outstanding customer service from their EMEA office in Munich. I had a question which technically related to HiHero modules sold by a reseller in the UK. The reseller was not able to answer a basic question in terms of what connector type is pre-installed on the modules they have in stock. After contacting the EMEA office from Canadian Solar Yasaman checked what type of connectors were sold to the UK and could confirm the type for me. Thanks again Yasaman!
