Your confusion
Well when I first asked for instructions I was told they had no record of my purchase. After three more emails- one in which I copied and pasted proof, I was finally sent an email responding.

LOST CONTACTS
Absolutely great- lost my wifes Contacts when doing a restore to her new ipad air- I was not popular- but this worked perfewctly- all Contacts transferred and as they say - a happy wife is----
