super quick response
I had a super quick response from Convert 2. I needed a few one off pdfs but didn't want to continue with the subscription. I contacted them for assurance I wouldn't be charged over and above the small reasonable fee for what I had. They were fast, thorough, efficient, friendly and reassuring.
