Decent product when it works
I bought my Yuka Mini 800 July 2025, thus half a season in Northern Europe before being taken inside for winter. Once installed for 2026 the charging unit doesn’t work and now I’m on my 3rd trying to chat with customer service, so far nothing has happened, but a lot of time has been spent on useless sentences. The reason I didn’t put one star is due to the fact that when the product actually works it’s pretty good especially compared to other boundary wire robots, but if something happens you are truly left on your own with little to no help. Considering the price of around 1000 EUR for half a season I would be reluctant to buy again from a Chinese webshop hidden as European.
