Don't trust them.
If I were writing this in March of last year, I might have said that the people at explore trip were very helpful. In March of 2020 they managed to get me a refund of my international flight cost... Or so they said. I I still have not received the refund... And every time I call it's the same story. No answers, no idea where my refund is... And they ask me to wait a bit longer. Ridiculous.
