Superb after sales service!
I started with Growatt 4 years ago, buying a simple grid tie inverter. That was simple to setup, no problems. Then upgraded to a hybrid inverter with a battery and needed a helping hand with the settings and with ShinePhone, the technician at the end of the phone in the uk, led me through the various steps to get it sorted. First class help. This week I bought a second battery, second hand and a year or so older than my first. Setting up was beyond my capabilities. Once again Growatt came to my rescue. Sorted it all out remotely with a couple of instructions about getting the communication plugs in the right sockets. Now it’s all working perfectly and I can’t thank Growatt enough. Their products and after sales assistance are first class. A thousand thanks to Growatt.
