Not a good experience with them
Not a good experience with them. It’s sad cause all the previous times I’ve had were great no problems with the phone, correct colour and everything. This time around was different. I ordered a iPhone 13 256GB in STARLIGHT and I have the confirmation email saying so as well. Once the phone arrived to my surprise I get a PINK colour iPhone instead. Immediately emailed them and asked if I can change the colour back to its initial colour that I was supposed to get. They said they would and that a driver would be sent to pick up the device to get it replaced. I booked the driver for today which ended up the driver never showed or called or texted me. Very disappointed with their service this time around. Used to love purchasing from you guys before hand but this is just not acceptable. PS: the parcel that it was delivered in was opened as well. Very sketch
