Mixed experiences, last sucked.
Mixed experiences. I am a long time customer on Banggood, and as of recent, orders have been delayed without the ability to reach banggood for any quicker answers. For example, my latest order was supposed to arrive on 2022-09-14, and is yet to even ship from the Czechia Warehouse. Banggood has been very unclear on where the order is and when the order ships. On other orders, shipping has been mostly speedy, with a 2-4 day delivery time in the EU, and 1-2 weeks from China. Update: It's now 2022-10-05 and the order is still not shipped. The site says "In Stock", and through email correspondence BangGood says that the item is on backorder. As the site lies, I have updated my review.
