Best communication with a manufacturer
Throughout all the projects I have done with Hero Time, the piece that stands out is the communication. The products I received are great, but that is due to the meticulous communication and guidance I recieved from the team there. I checked in multiple times and never felt like I was a bother, and recieved answers quickly. I also recieved updates and checks throughout the process ensuring we were on the same page.
