Scam! Stay away! I have contacted them by mistake to make a claim about booking.com. The agent pretended to be a booking.com agent, which he confirm to me several times, he asked me the booking reference what he used to pull my detail from booking website and then commented me that the property accepted a 50% refund but I needed to pay about 25% for a cancellation fee. He then sent me an email from a travelouts email address (which I obviously spotted later) asking me to knowledge the email. They then charged me that amount from my credit card straight away with the promise of send me the 50% refund within 15 working days. Booking.com then confirm they were not aware anything like that so: TRAVELOUTS, TRAVEL OUTS, HOTEL BOOKINGS or whatever the name of them is are doing fraudulent transactions which was reported to my Bank and is now under a dispute.
