Very bad experience
1. It took four months for my purchase to arrive. 2. Parts were broken and the dental chair doesn’t recline. 3 it took them another two month to ship out the parts that’s broken again. 4 finally they shipped out the replacement parts that works but sent the wrong foot pedal that doesn’t work properly with the chair. It works only manually but the presetting button doesn’t work at all. 5. Sales replies super slowly. I have to follow up three times for him to reply once. It’s like this almost everyone. In summary, I wouldn’t buy from dental planet anymore.
