Great Delivery Service
I am a first time NTUC online customer. Due to the recent spike ( May 2021) in Covid-19 community cases in Singapore, I decided to try out NTUC's delivery service for my groceries. I placed an online order with NTUC on a Thursday morning. All items were delivered promptly, within the 2 hour delivery specification, on the following Monday afternoon. All items ordered were delivered. There were no missing items. I also ordered some Fresh milk and the 2 Milk cartons were still well refrigerated cold when they arrived. The delivery man was very patient and allowed me to account for each and every item ordered, before he left my house. Service Fees The delivery charges of $5 were waived off because I ordered over $79 worth of groceries. However, I still had to pay a service fee of $3.99. The service fees cannot be waived off, unless you pay a regular $9.90 (every month!!!) to become a regular Fairprice Digital Club member. IMHO, I do not consider the $3.99 service fees to be expensive. This is because I ordered lots of bulky and heavy items, so paying $3.99 for someone to pack it and deliver it all to your front doorstep is definitely not a deal breaker. Summary I am very pleased with NTUC's service and will continue to use them in the future.
