SCAM
I placed an order with Paul Rich over a month ago, and I have yet to receive the product. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. The tracking information falsely claims that the order was delivered, but nothing has arrived. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of response or resolution makes this company feel unreliable. I’m deeply disappointed and would caution others against purchasing from them until they address these issues and improve their customer service.
