Their support agent first of all sent me screenshots from within someone else’s dashboard and discussed the changes I wanted to make to someone else’s domain. My payment also didn’t go through but I was not notified of this until I spoke to an agent who told me I’d put in the wrong CCV. To counter that, the automated email I received telling me why the verification failed said they couldn’t tell me the reason because it would be “against GDPR”. So either their agent breached GDPR by telling me or their automated email uses GDPR as a wall (ironically, which would breach GDPR). All this after sending me screenshots of someone else’s account. For a domain registry and host you really want things to be secure and for you data to be managed correctly. UK2.net failed to do that multiple times in the 3 days I dealt with them.
