I ordered a prelit outdoor urn greenery with pine cones and what I received was a mess. It was not prelit and had pinecones that fell off when I opened the display. It came wrapped in plastic and stuck in my mailbox. It cost me $47. When I contacted Kelansu, they offered me 15% off to keep it. I refused it and now they want me to return it to China at my expense for a refund. That is not happening. I have opened a dispute with my credit card. I have a Chase credit card and they are wonderful!
