Look I got everything I ordered, but the phone was supposed to be a Chinese/English phone. That's kind of dishonest phrasing because so many settings are still in Chinese. The phone is functional for me, but for a $1000 I'd like to be able to use the voice assistant without learning Mandrin. AND YES, before anyone contradicts that statement the voice assistant can be changed but it always reverts back to MI AI within 5 minutes or less. Bad advertising, maybe they just don't know the products they sell.
