The radios use an older internal chipset that completely fails to connect to modern Windows 11 operating systems due to unsigned driver blocks. This is a known manufacturing issue, making the radios impossible to program out of the box.Despite providing clear proof and video evidence that the items do not work with modern PCs, Banggood customer service completely refused to accept a return or issue a refund. They blame the customer for a hardware and driver defect. Do not buy communication equipment from Banggood if you expect consumer protection or working customer support.
