******UPDATE****** I'M IMPRESSED WITH HOW THE TINASHE HAIR REP REACHED OUT TO ME AND VERY WILLING TO ASSIST. I EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS & DISSATISFACTION, THEY WERE PROMPT IN THEIR RESPONSE TIME EVEN WHEN I WASN'T WAY DIFFERENT FROM ,MY FIRST EXPERIENCE & I APPRECIATE THEM FOR THAT. BEING THAT I DID NOT USE WIG i WAS GIVEN A REFUND FOR THE WIG, B UT NOT THE SHIPPING AS I WAS TOLD WHICH IS WHY I GAVE 4 STARS.
I ORDERED A WEAR & GO WIG 28 IN LOOSE DEEP WAVE FOR $296.00, THE HAIR IS BEAUTIFUL. WHAT I DONOT LIKE IS THE ELASTIC BAND, IT IS NOT REMOVABLE NOR DOES IT ALLOW ME TO MOVE & ADJUST HOW i WANT GET THE FIT FOR MY NEEDS, SO IT MAKES THE WIG A LITTLE LOOSE FOR MY LIKING. I WOULD HAVE SENT BACK BUT I HAD COMBED THE CURLS TRYING TO GET THE RIGHT FIT,THAT DID NOT WORK OUT....FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY CHARGE THE ELASTIC BAND SHOULD BE REMOVABLE & OF BETTER QUALITY. ALSO I TOLD THEM MY CONCERNS & THEY OFFERED TO GIVE ME 15.00 BACK OFF A 300 DOLLAR ORDER...YEA THEY TRIED IT. I PREV ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY & WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT WAS ABT 3 YRS AGO I WANTED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY AND STILL NOT SATISFIED WITH THEM. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE WEAR & GO WIGS NOR WILL I BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
Tinashe Hair got me upset all over again I wrote a review of my order on May 21st,and let go of my frustration which this company. Here is is after 5 in the morning and they writing me On What's App to cancel my order and they will pay me 15 dollars. After I spent over 200 dollars. Take matters worst when I was trying to reach 9ut to them on What's App regarding My order they kept referring me back to email. Now that it's convenient for them to offer me a bribe they are contacting me via what's App. Where was that URGENCY when my order was lost!!! Don't waste your time with this company their service is horrible . I still do not recommend nor will I ever be buying from them again. I will spend my money with a company that values me as a customer and not just my money.
