“Purchasing and follow up
I recently purchased 9 Pilates reformer machines for my studio, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the quality of the equipment and the overall experience. The machines are amazing—sturdy, smooth, and professional-grade, making them the perfect addition to my space. Beyond the product quality, the customer service I received was exceptional. From my very first contact with the company, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfectly. I want to give a special shout-out to Tiffany, who was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Whether it was navigating payment details or coordinating the delivery of all 9 units, she handled every situation with professionalism and genuine care. It is rare to find such dedicated support, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommended for any studio owner!
