Inform buyers early
I purchased the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, i had to cancel the original order due to address issues (p.o box). The fact that you don't deliver to P.O. boxes should be known to the buyer upon ordering. I was pressed for time and when I reordered, I was out of town when the phone came. Overall I'm pleased with the product.
