I know our people sucks at customers service so it's a norm to experience bad service in service sector everywhere . I have been patronizing NTUC for as long as I can remember but today shall be the last they will see me . The fruits they sold ,writes 'very sweet' and I falls for each Everytime . Yesterday I bought watermelon and grapes , they are not only not sweet , the watermelon is tasteless and the grapes are sour. I would not be so pissed off if they didn't put the sweet infront of the grapes or watermelon . I feel like going to CASE and let the officers tell apart what's sweet and sour ,is NTUC now taking bribes and doesn't do QC on products they sell or they are simply can't be bothered ? Lousy supermarket .
