RUN AWAY
RUN AWAY, DON’T PURCHASE! My wife and I attempted to purchase two bikes. The first arrived non functional and no update when the second was due to arrive. We’ve been trying to contact the company for several weeks to get a refund and have only received non-coherent emails stating “they sorry” for lost “car”. We’ve left several voicemails and emails, only to get the runaround. We’re in the process of bringing fraudulent criminal charges against them as I write this review! Don’t make the same mistake we did!
