UNRELIABLE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I tried booking a ticket with this agency only to find out my booking did not go through. And the only way I found out is because I did not see the charges from my credit card. THE AGENCY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT MY BOOKING DID NOT GO THROUGH. When I called them to see if I can book the same non-stop flight (preferably since I’m traveling with an infant and toddlers on a 13hr flight) they offered me the same flight but waaay expensive and they couldn’t even be responsible enough for their mistake. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH SPECIFIC NEEDS!!!
