Updated: After Gigsky’s response i want to clarify that I knew that we had to be farther out before it would work. At no point did it work correctly. I have used Airelo and others overseas and had no issues. We are not inept people . We are people who trusted this company to provide a service that did not work for us. Original review:I went on a 7 day cruise out of Galveston last week. I am a very tech savvy person and installed it correctly. I made sure the settings were correct. Both me and my wife could not get any service in the Gulf. Sometimes when we go close to land, we would get service, but also we would get cell service. this is not a developed option for travelling in the gulf.
