Fabulous Customer Service
I have been using Fansells for a long time (5 years +) . I have never had any issues with any of my orders since I started to use. I however had to recently contact customer services for a mistake I had personally made on an order, Amy ( in customer services) was very prompt in replying to my email and helped to sort out my request and all got sorted. Communication is excellent. Amy was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. I love Fansells massive diamond painting range and will continue to use them for my diamond painting addiction.
