Cheap, nasty products, wrong colours - gaslighting experts
UPDATE After reviewing iPrints terms and conditions, I realised they were governed by UK law and so I stated the following: “IPrintsy terms and conditions on your own website state that you are governed by UK law. UK law states that “You must offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it's supposed to.” Further more, Section 23 of the consumer rights act states that, “…consumer has a right to insist on repair or replacement of faulty goods, the cost of which must be borne by the trader.”” The company have SAID that they’ll send a full refund…let’s see what happens. ORIGINAL REVIEW Wish I’d read the reviews here first! Ordered two tops - they took a while to come from China and they were poor quality for the price. One was the wrong colour entirely and they tried gaslighting me by saying it was to do with the lighting, etc. and offered a measly $5 “refund” when I’d spent $43 on the top!! What on earth?! If you want a TERRIBLE quality product that takes ages to get there and is the wrong colour, and then to be gaslit by them, then these are your people!! AVOID at all costs!
