I was very annoyed when I found EMSence added an extra heating foot Massage unknowingly without my permission that is Fraud ! and charge me for it when I paid for only 1 set , and then enquiring how to return. They offered me 10% them keep the stupid product , as if I’m four legged and I don’t know the value of my money that was so rude! that tells you some cheap stuff they purchased from China is ready to give it away and then I refuse and then he offered me rudely 30%. That’shid final offer ! that was such an insult that I took it American Express and complained that this is Fraud pushing your goods on customers without their knowledge and adding extra to their payment. I hope the government looks into this beware customers beware I will not recommend EMSense !
