Thank you for the reply. But as i said i went into the shop, where they said they could not see my order? Which was why i cancelled as i did not get a confirmation as you normally expect. As it was such a large amount of money, i was worried that i had been scammed. I have ordered a new item now and i actually got confirmation. But i am still out of pocket by £300. Which i feel is unfair. And an awful lot of money for someone that is helping her daughter have the best day of her life. Im sure you understand the stress we are going through. I ordered 3 items, but did not get a confirmation email. Which caused some consternation as the sum for this order was £427.65. JJs took the money two days after the order! I actually went to the shop in London where they kindly checked for the order on their system, they could not find my order which is when i checked my balance. Within 14 days i cancelled the order. Thinking i would get the whole amount back as i wanted to order something else, as i had tried it on in the shop. I got £172.89 back. They had taken £300!!!. I still have order the outfit for my daughters wedding, and this is the only place that i have anything i like. I am so upset
