Dont buy from Zapaka
What a mistake buying from this company!!!! After 3 weeks i emailed customer support wanting to know where my dress was, the response was that they were making the dress and then it would be dispatched, which is rubbish because i brought a standard size 10 not a custom made one. When i finally got the dress the colour was totally different to the colour online it was so dark i wanted the dusky sage instead i got a dark green that did nothing for the dress. The dress felt really cheaply made and didnt fit me properly. So i wanted a refund customer support gave me three options the refund process was not easy at all, i didnt want the dress just wanted my money back they told me i had to send back to USA at my own cost which would be a long and expensive process. I paid $151 for this dress and only got $45 back if you are in Australia dont buy from them its definally been a learning curve for me.
