Ordered expedited shipping - 2 weeks later, nothing has arrived?
Maisie Joseph Riverstone Crowstone Road - I ordered expedited shipping costing £50 - FIFTY POUNDS! 2 weeks later - nothing arrived. Someone responded a WEEK ago when I saw nothing had even been dispatched, and said "there was a delay with one item - we will send what's ready now, and the last item in a few days." What's weird is - on the website, everything I chose displayed "ready to ship now"! I purposefully didn't chose items that said "1-2 weeks" because I couldn't wait 2 weeks. Yet, another week past and I still haven't received either?! I am requesting the expedited shipping fee back, and think it's right to just pay the standard shipping cost for the items after this, as in one whole order - one standard shipping fee. Will update if I get a refund, and describe the quality etc of the goods and delivery process etc.
