Promotions are very misleading and often false. Signs are fine though.
I am consistently frustrated with the promos/sales and checkout experience. They are misleading and always a waste of time. Today's promotion was "FLASH SALE! Up to 55% Off Custom Signs + Get a 12x18 For $0.84. Ships Next Day!" So I created a 12x18 single-sided sign and added it to my cart, along with the other signs I was ordering. But the pricing did not update to $0.84 for this one sign. Upon contacting support, they notified me that this promotion is only valid for orders of 100 or more signs. This is ridiculous and totally misleading because the phrase "a sign" in the promotion is LITERALLY interpreted as ONE SINGLE SIGN, and in NO language or interpretation would that be read as "100 or more". I also wish shipping costs were more up-front rather than at the very end of the checkout process. The sign quality is fine.
