HTV £20 lucky box SCAM
HTV is advertising £20 lucky box: random gifts WITH your order. You have to spend over £39 in order to receive the free gifts. I made two orders in which I spent the threshold amount and added the lucky boxes on but I have not received any free gifts, special offers, any free vinyl etc. I'm disappointed. Thought I would be using HTVront from now on but it's been nothing but trouble. I had to chase all orders to find out about tracking as the emails sent out didn't include tracking info. Half of the items received were very poorly packaged and a few of them were dirty. It's a shame.
