Worst first experience ever!
I ordered a dress in March 2023 (order number 1221734360). I paid 162,99€ (including 20€ transport fee). Now they state my parcel is delivered, but I didn't receive anything. When contacting them via mail, they first told me I could contact local transport service with a Chinese phone number (I live in Belgium). Then a mail address of a dodgy transport service no one ever heard about in Belgium. Zero support from their side, as they consider the parcel as delivered. I really feel scammed. And worst is that I need the dress for a wedding party on May 13th. Not sure if I will receive my dress in time (or get a proper refund of the full amount I paid). I would never buy a dress from JJ's House again. Worst first experience ever! Update 19/04/2023: 1 star to 2 stars After doing research all on my own, the outcome was that the transport company delivered the package at the wrong person. That person was honest, and contacted me. So, I retrieved the package without assistance of the transport company, nor from JJ's House. Conclusion remains that I would never buy anything from JJ's House again... Response 30/04/2023 on JJ'S House's mail; Hi, I received the dress and confirmed the order on your website last week. Satisfied with the dress. But the process was not satisfying at all, in contrary, so I don't think I will ever buy anything on your website anymore. 15% reduction will not convince me to change my mind. Never had such a bad customer experience, where the communication only starts properly when giving a bad review on trust pilot. Best Regards, Aurélie
