After buying a reasonably priced handheld the customer service is terrible. I've just sent my second email asking where my device is. Asked me for my address and after that no communication, not even a acknowledgement and now my device could just turn up like others that pledged on indiegogo. The device is probably going to be the best thing I own but I will never buy from you again.
