Superb customer service, great case for a minimalist like me!
Been a user of this brand for a couple of years already, since I really like how the case maintains the aesthetics of iPhone while keeping it protected. For my last purchase, I noticed a very small scratch after a day or 2 post-receipt, so I contacted customer service & requested for a replacement. Customer service was fast to respond, clear on explaining scenarios on how this could’ve happened & extended a 1-time replacement offer, which I accepted. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience & I continue to love the case - fits the clean & minimalist look!
