I've been with Frontpoint for years
I've been with Frontpoint for years - if you called somebody answers - now there is NOBODY. Look it up. And now we're going to require a code to login - for your protection - SO WHILE I'M DRIVING AND GET AN ALARM I'M SUPPOSED TO ENTER A F.....CODE. Or somebody rings the doorbell and it takes 5 minutes to login to answer - Easier to just get up and answer the door - kind of defeats the purpose of having a doorbell camera. Nobody helps, my panel box has been flashing blue for weeks, the doorbell camera doesn't see people deliver hugh packages - they just magically appear. So what is the purpose of this system? I want to get rid of this system but have a contract for 2 more years. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. I wrote this review 6/21 - they just now responded 7/19.
