Delayed Shipment
I place an order for almost $6500 from Shop4Seats on 01/28/2021 with an expected ship date of 06/16/2021. I received no update or revised ETA. I called on 6/1/2021 and was told the current ship date was 6/17/2021. I called on 6/18 when I received no email of shipment and was told by the woman I talked to that she had to contact the warehouse and would call me back. This did not happen. I called again on 6/1/2021 and now being told the ship date has been revised to 7/16/2021. All this without any notice for the company. This is a poor way to do business and falls in line with most of the other reviews I have been reading.
