Not ideal but close to that
Hey. Well, I had to wait for my phone two days more than expected in view of some lack of documents (first time DHL Express returned the package to the shipper, so they had to resend it again), and sure it made me a bit nervous for a while, but almost immediate responses from support and clear explanations calmed me down. Also I still had to pay some additional taxes even despite the shipper prepared docs to minimize it. But it's Israel, too easy to expect you still need to pay some more fees. Overall it's a good experience, so thank you Giztop, highly likely I'll come next time again.
