Never got item
Ordered a handheld, it never turned up. Contacted whatgeek, no reply, contacted their very weird delivery firm, no reply. Attempt a case dispute with PayPal that amazingly failed. So having to resort to chargeback. Zero communication throughout from whatgeek, don't ever buy Edit (after whatgeek reply) Still not heard anything after 20 hours. Not exactly the immediate response I was hoping for.
