I ordered the Onyx Alarm watch
I ordered the Onyx Alarm watch. I used it for 4 days straight and loved it. Then it ran out of battery, so I watched the video tutorial on how to charge it. Turns out my Onyx did not come with an attached charging unit like in the video. So I have no way of charging it. I have contacted customer service via email 3 times in 3 working days on 2 different accounts and neither have even gotten a response. Really starting to think this company is a scam that uses athletes photos and sponsorships to convince people it’s not another Temu. A pity because the concept of the product is great. Customer service is 0/10.
