I would do zero if I can. I ordered a dress for my daughter. The wrong dress was shipped, it was similar as far as color but totally the wrong dress. When I inquired about the error I was told it was an error from the warehouse and the wrong dress was shipped. It was an $80 dress. I was told I could send it back for a full refund but I would have to pay for shipping. I was sent a return label. I went to the post office and it cost $40 to ship it back but was promised they would refund my shipping once the dress was back. I shipped the dress, tracked the dress and no refund. I reached out and was told once they have the dress the would generate the refund. I waited a few more days and they sent me an email that my order will be refunded ans to be patient it could take up to 10 days. I didn’t get it. I reached back out and was told there was an error with the refund but they have corrected it. I still have not received a refund nor the shipping refund. They have stopped communicating with me.
