Good customer service
The first thing I look for when purchasing from a brand is quality and communication. Nibimi goes above and beyond in communicating with customers and their clothing quality is good and consistent. I can count on the size charts to be accurate and if I have any further questions, a staff member will answer my inquiries within 1-2 days. My only critiques are that the shipping can be a little expensive depending on where you live, and a lot of clothings are for smaller sizes. These problems are pretty normal for asian indie brands, but are made up for by Nibimi’s great customer service!
