Outstanding customer service – they really went the extra mile! I ordered a LUBA 3 AWD from Mammotion 10 days ago. When the price dropped significantly during their Easter promotion (by about 3 450 kr), I contacted support and explained the situation. Their response was fast, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Bob from the support team – he quickly approved a full price adjustment and confirmed they would refund the difference to my original payment method. No hassle, no complicated process – just excellent service that made me feel truly valued as a customer. This kind of responsive and helpful support is rare nowadays, and it has made me even more excited about receiving my new robot mower.
