What has happened to Agoda?
What has happened to Agoda? Once upon a time you would call and they were great- now chat it’s and hours of messages when an agent finally replies on the app. And now they have sent the wrong information to our hotel- we ended up with single beds in a terrible room instead of a king size bed in a deluxe room. The hotel in Thailand says contact Agoda- Agoda say contact the hotel. Our holiday time is being taken up by trying to fix the Agoda error and they keep fobbing me off. Goodbye Agoda
