Not a legit or reputable broker
Absolute joke of a brokerage. The UX feels like it was designed in the 90s and things are constantly breaking. The deposit system is broken and I’ve been unable to add funds to my portfolio for weeks. The customer support is useless, which isn’t helped by the fact that the chat interface is very buggy. EDIT: I see that they have left an automated reply to this review. The url they have linked to shows an error message saying 'No URL was found for this address'. I am now completely unable to log into my account and my money is stranded, and I can't access customer support at all. I advise everyone to please go with a reputable brokerage if they can, and not IBKR. I understand they are regulated but they do not come across like a legitimate or trustworthy operation.
