great service, but tired of phone calls
Update: they read my review, and guess what? They called me about it! LOL :) The service is very convenient and indeed much cheaper than buying medications from regular pharmacies. I definitely recommend it to my friends. A couple of inconvenient features are 1) their main form of communications are voice calls - emails and texts are read with a huge delay so, talking on the phone with them in the only option; 2) they are indeed constantly calling - I have been ordering the same medication for over a year, and I don't think there was even one order that was just shipped after I placed it online. There are problems with my address, my card (have been using the same one for a year, never declined), shipping delays, different shipping options, prescription issues (even after we emailed the prescription twice), product availability - and every time it is expected that I talk to them during my work hours, which is very inconvenient. Sometimes they just call you to tell you they shipped it; 3) the website is terrible - some parts crash, don't load, the "loyalty program" I couldn't find even with all the instructions. For such an amazing service, I wish they just fix their website so everything could be done online without constant back and forth calls.
