Poor customer service
I completed the form online for an expedited passport but wisdom tapped me on the shoulder. I called instead to ask certain qualifying questions. Was on hold for an extended period of time - no answer - so I hung up; felt it necessary to read reviews regarding this company. I find it very interesting the common thread which appears in all the reviews is that this agency is a "scam". What is further of interest is that - when they reply to the dissatisfied customer - their answers vary from: "We have been in business for 10 years", the next reply "We have been in business for 13 years", then the subsequent reply, "We have been in business for 15 years". This inconsistency, ALONG with all the SCATHING reviews should be enough to denote this as a non-reputable entity. Prior to paying for ANY service and adding your personal information ---DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
