I have been with Alan meds for nine months and I couldn’t be more pleased. Their business processes are focused exclusively on exceeding customer expectations. I had an experience with Sam today, who is one of the customer service representatives for Alan Meds. And once again, I was extremely satisfied with his help. I was having a problem uploading my picture to the intake form that is a requirement for medication approval. Sam patiently explained to me what to do to upload the picture. His directions were explicit and easy to follow, and yet, I couldn’t upload it. I talked to Sam multiple times pertaining to this matter. To tell the truth, I had become embarrassed, because I felt like an idiot for taking up so much of his time. However, Sam made it abundantly clear that he would work with me until the picture was uploaded. I finally uploaded the picture, and discovered what I was doing wrong. Sam is an outstanding professional, and this experience once again underscores that Alan Med’s is all about exceeding customer expectations. Thanks again Sam for all help!
